What is the ordering process?
Step 1: If desired, generic samples are sent first for an initial assessment.
Step 2: Discussions take place regarding design, production and delivery deadlines before the design brief is finalised.
Step 3: Subject to lead times, a production sample may be possible. Once final approval given, production is underway.
Step 4: Order fulfilled and items delivered.
When do designs need to be finalised for the next school year?
The exact dates will be subject to our production lead times. For 2021 school orders, there are some additional freight considerations in response to COVID-19 and limited air freight.
That said, sea freight is usually the better option for bulkier items such as formal school hats.
To guarantee back to school delivery for the first term of 2021, we need orders for approved designs placed before early October.
